Not only will disclosures have to be properly delivered in the transaction, but a Transfer Disclosure Statement will have to be prepared and delivered to the buyers. This only touches on the small mountain of legally required paperwork that goes back and forth during the periods of earnest deposit, due diligence, clear title, financing, and the final escrow closing.
